Bears Bluff is centrally located off of the parkway between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for quick access to all of the local attractions.

Access & Parking Bear’s Bluff is located in the Sky Harbor resort which features paved roads and a paved driveway to accommodate 2 vehicles + an additional 1 vehicle overflow parking area across the street (flat level streetside parking). Accessible via all vehicles. Four Wheel drive is recommended in the snow. Upon entering using your personalized door access code, you’ll enter the downstairs game room featuring a flat screen television, electric fireplace w/ heater, foosball table, board games, dartboard + full size washer/dryer and a lower-level queen bedroom with private tub-shower bathroom. Queen bed sleeps 2 with flat screen tv in room. Access to the lower deck via the game room and lower level bedroom. Take the stairs to the main floor and take in the aww inspiring cathedral ceilings and expansive windows that frame the forest views. The upper-level includes a professionally decorated family room, electric fireplace w/ heater, flat screen tv, an open dining area for 6, fully stocked kitchen, and a master bedroom with private bathroom. The master suite sleeps 2 comfortably on a King size bed with a memory foam mattress, flat screen television and a custom walk-in shower. All linens are provided. Choose where to sip your morning coffee from one of the 3 exterior decks. You’ll find outdoor furniture on each deck and a private hot tub up top! Outdoor dining for 6 on the upper deck as well. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire cabin with a custom generated door code to ensure safety. Come and relax and enjoy! Other things to note Our cabin is desired by many, and they love the location! We’re located in the sought after Sky Harbor Resort, which is found just off of the Spur Parkway, positioned perfectly between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Less than 8 miles to the heart of both locations. The Great Smoky Mountain National Park is home to an abundance of wildlife. Please drive slowly and adhere to traffic laws while in the resort. Come make some memories at Bear’s Bluff! WHAT WE PROVIDE: - Wi-Fi /Roku Television: Cabin is equipped with high speed internet (1000Mbps) and 4 Roku TV's, log in to your personal accounts for Netflix, Amazon, etc. just like at home. We do have digital cable for local channels and more. - Coffee: We have a Keurig K-cup brewing system and coffee maker (pot). We provide mugs. You’re welcome to bring your favorite coffee flavors, creamer and sugar if you have a specific preference. - We provide hand soap, trash bags, dishwasher soap, laundry pods, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Bring your own if you have a preferred scent. The roads and driveway are 100% paved and maintained. All types of vehicles can access the property without problem via the paved roads. Expect mountain roads with elevation. Please drive slow and be courteous of other drivers and wildlife. Street-side overflow parking for 1 vehicle is available (Ex: trailer/cargo basket = overflow). Smoking policy violation will be subject to all required cleaning fees and smoke remediation charges without limit. - Hot tub liability waiver auto-signed upon acceptance of reservation. - No glass, food, or inappropriate behavior in the hot tub please. Cleanliness & Safety: - We drain and clean our hot tub between each reservation. Upon your arrival the hot tub may not be at max operating temperature. Adjust the temperature to your preference and allow ample time for the water to heat up.

Check in is at 3pm EST. Welcome book and house guide on-site You will have the entire cabin to yourselves. Directions: From Pigeon Forge... head towards Gatlinburg on US 321 S/US 441N. From traffic light #7, Old Mill Travel 2.6 miles. Turn left onto Gum Stand Bridge. In 300 ft turn left onto US 321/US441. In 200 ft take an immediate right on Gnatty Branch Rd. Within 100 ft stay right onto King Branch Rd. In 1 mile turn right onto Silver Poplar Ln. Travel 1.8 miles then turn right onto Beach Front Dr. In 0.6 miles the property will be on your right. Cabin is on the left side of the shared driveway.
